The college has adopted the National Innovation and Start-up Policy 2019 for students and faculties. Towards the successful implementation of the same, Dr. Sarvesh Dubey has been nominated as the senior faculty to co-ordinate the various activities come under the Policy. LND College- Innovation and Start-up Policy (LNDC-ISP) for students and faculty of Laxmi Narayan Dubey College, Motihari will enable the College to actively engage students, faculty in innovation and entrepreneurship related activities. In addition, the framework shall also help the establishment of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) management system in the College premises. In spite of being a non-technical institute, the LNDC-ISP shall strive to train the college students towards attaining the attitude of creative thinking and become entrepreneur. In addition, the policy encourages the involvement of stakeholders, and clarity in support as well as performance parameters for enabling the establishment of a healthy innovation and Start-up ecosystem in the institute.
