3. Scanned Photograph in JPG format under 100 KB

4. Scanned Signature in JPG format under 100 KB

5. Scanned Provisional Exam Form under 200 KB

6. Scanned Part-I Mark Sheet under 200 KB

7. Scanned Part-I Admit Card under 200 KB

8. Scanned Part-II Mark Sheet under 200 KB

9. Scanned Part-II Admit Card under 200 KB

10. Scanned Registration Slip under 200 KB

11. Scanned Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG format under 200 KB

II. ONLINE PROCESS FOR ADMISSION/EXAMINATION FOR PART-III(2021-2024)

The online admission process will have following 9 (Nine) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of L.N.D. College, Motihari www.lndcollege.co.in

Step 2: Please click on "Student Login" button given on the home page.

Step 3: When you click the “Forgot Password” link then you will be able to retrieve your
UserID and Password on your registered mobile number.

Step 4: On successful submission of information for new sign up, you will receive sms for your
“User id” and “Password”.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all
required documents.

Step 7: Download Filled Examination Form.

Step 8: Submit your filled Examination form alongwith required documents and payment slip at college office counter before due date.

III. Fee Details for Online UG Examination Process (Part III-2021-2024)

Note 1.:- Laboratory fee 200/-(Additional) will be charged from the student of only GEOGRAPHY(Hons.), PSYCHOLOGY.(Hons.)

Note 2.:- Laboratory fee will not be charged from the student of MATHEMATICS(Hons.)

Note:- परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने के बाद भरे हुए फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट (हार्ड कॉपी) वेरीफाई (जाँच) करा कर
महाविद्यालय काउंटर पर अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करे अन्यथा उनका परीक्षा फॉर्म रद्द कर दिया जायेगा।
परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने एवं जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि विलम्ब शुल्क के 04.07.2024(14:00PM) तक है । किसी प्रकार की असुविधा होने पर
काउंटर नंबर-4 पर संपर्क करें।
